it's an enormous soft-playground area that's surprinsingly (and infuriatingly0 popular across the board.

The kids love the custom built playground, teens love the ropes course and zipline, and adults like that it's the one place in the Pizzaplex that's almost free.

Twice a day, Foxy's Crew preforms their comedy/gymnastics/theatre show on the "back" of their ship, which opens up into a custom stage (in-game this would connect to what was originally the Superstar Theatre). While no where NEAR the size of the Glamrock concerts, they still gather quite the crowd.

Plus, there's the flume ride... when it actually works that is.

Despite the size and lack of human attendants, Pirate's Cove has notably the least amount of accidents, with really only the occasional wire or zipline mishap from a inattentive staff member.

The Flume ride is Foxy's attraction, though it is infamous for shutting down. There was talk of bringing back an old water show with Chica, (Chica of the Sea) but with the trouble the Flume ride was bringing in, management that has since been shut down.

Bitty and Bangle share the Zipline, and from there you can get to just about any spot in the Pizzaplex on the floors across and below. Just remember it's a one way trip!

DSaFtober 2024 | Day 6: Salad Bar

Oh, memories. I honestly don't know why there ever was a salad bar in Pirate's Cove, but it was definitely funny to see Steven's reaction to me eating some... Even if it almost cost me my job.

I never tried to eat the salad, I just didn't see the appeal. Although, if it was a kebab stand, then that would be a different story.

Cringetober 2023 #30: Videogames

"Ya Har! It be yer old pal Foxy the Pirate Fox with another thrilling tale from Pirate's Cove!"

I'm going to see the FNAF movie today with my brother and sister, so I felt like it was fitting to draw my favorite classic FNAF character! It's kinda weird how Pirate's Cove in FNAF 1 doesn't look pirate themed at all (looks suited for a magician tbh), so I made my own more properly themed take on it.

I also decided that big gash on Foxy's chest can be interpreted as a wound from a sword or something, so it's bandaged up (don't want the kiddies seeing an open wound!). I also find it weird how he just, doesn't have a tail? So I chose to interpret that as he had a tail, but it was cut off at some point (either intentional or not). Also he has a glove, I just thought it looked cool.

I did similar tricks to the fake anime screenshot for a VHS-esque effect. Super happy with how this turned out!

When ye first set sail into Pirate's Cove Plunder, ye'll find yerself on the deck of yer trusty ship. From there, ye'll need to navigate through a series of challenges and obstacles to make yer way to the treasure at the heart of the cove. Ye'll need to use yer wits and yer sword to fight off hordes of skeletons and other baddies, as well as solve puzzles and jump over obstacles.

One of the things that sets Pirate's Cove Plunder apart from other Minecraft maps is the attention to detail. The cove is filled with hidden nooks and crannies, and there are plenty of secrets to discover if ye're willing to explore. The map also makes use of custom textures and sounds to create an immersive pirate atmosphere that'll have ye feeling like a real pirate.

My toxic flaw is that viddy game fishing is not enough for me. I need to feel like the sun is going to set and a zombie is going to eat my face. I have to create a special fishing rod and go fishing in the lava. And be afraid that a very large and very angry pig is going to punt me in. Fish fear me, and I fear my own apex predators.
